The Logo Creator App Reviews

Installed on Mac with 10.6.8 and it instantly crashes and does not load. I have used versions 3 and 4 in the past and the application was pretty good. The app store lists this new 6.8 version compatible with 10.6 OS. I updated all of my Mac SW and Adobe flash, and AIM, but nothing helps. The crash gives a cryptic thread crash report.

If youve ever used The Logo Creator in the past, this version of the software will not open any previous .tlc files. Instead you are forced to recreate your logo from scratch if everytime you want to edit it. Why advertise a 100% money back guarantee if you refuse to honor it when a customer is less than 100% satisfied. Not only that, the developer becomes defensive when you tell him that you are not happy with his product. The only reason that this review is a 1 star is because Apple wont let me put Zero stars!

This is one of the best buys in the Mac store. Ive been using Laughingbird Software products for years and this is the best product theyve put out. The images are clean looking and the output is excellent. This says its a "logo" creator but I can do SO much more with it! Ive made my own banners, page headers and an image for my forum (lol, I sound like a commercial) Just wanted to chime in here because the other reviewer I read said he wanted a refund. The Apple store is not a "try before you buy" system. Ive spoken to Marc (the owner) a number of times and hes awesome! D

I love this software. The Logo Creator should be called the Amazing Graphics maker. Im scared of Photoshop. THIS app lets you create quality images without having to mess with Photoshop. Way to go Laughingbird. I wish I could post an image I made. Lol, I cant even write in a URL. Whatever. Take my word for it you guys - this is a GREAT software program Jake

I love this software. Just updated. I love that you can now resize the images by Width and Height independantly now! Nice. The grid feature is really helpful too. Its easy and fast…Ive made probably 60+ different images so far for my own sites and some clients. Definitely purchasing the add-on packs!

This was #37.00 Yesterday i said id think about it as i use it all the time on my PC why waste the money when i can just pull out my laptop… I look again today and its .99 cents!!! Wooo Hoo!!! ITs awesome at that price. I havent tried to inport any of my stuff yet but i read it wont work so if you can get an update to fix that then this is the app to end all apps as far as logo creators go!!!

You might pay $500-$1000 for a logo design service online. Why? With this app and basic computer skills ANYONE can make a professional looking LOGO This is by far the best $.99 I have spent A+++++++++ APP

This app is not what i expected. The logo that i made did not look very quality after paying with it for about an hour. For me it was a waste of money. Next time I will watch a you tube video before purchasing.

I bought the app this morning and it opens, but theres nothing there. Anyone know a fix? Ive contacted the Logo Creator support and through Facebook, without a response.

I’ve used this for so many logos. It gets easier with each use. I have always had great results with his support. I consider this app to be my go to app or most of my creativity. Watch the YouTube videos and see how it works. It works for me exactly how it does in the videos.

This app is now not working with me, to allow me to move anything within the app. This app is a waste of money and time…. I cant believe that it cost me $30 & it has stopped working.

“Don’t waste your money” is 1000% correct! You spend hours working on a great idea; everything looks great…life happens and you have to shut down for the day, purposing to pick it back up tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, you follow all the correct steps as put forth by the designer himself, Marc Sylvester, i.e: ——>”MAKE SURE YOU OPEN THE SOFTWARE FIRST, THEN goto FILE/OPEN TEMPLATE/NAVIGATE TO FOLDER…EVEN THOUGH THE FILES ARE GREYD OFF LOGO CREATOR WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO.” Once you navigate to saved folder and click “open" (the one yesterday that you saved in “Save a Version”), NOTHING HAPPENS!!!! Not to mention all your previous templates are forver gone, as well as all that wasted life. The only way around this stupidity is to leave the software perpetually open and your computer perpetually on. Problem here is TLC Software eventually locks up and crashes after such a long time being open. The Forums are worthless, as all MARC the designer ever does is Bill Clinton his way out of every legitimate complaint. If you want to make your life miserable and if you are a glutton for punishment that makes you want to rather go chew the bark off a tree……then go ahead and Purchase TLC and use this product. Oh yes, and let me not fail to mention that the best you are able to do when exporting your work is 72 DPI. You will need a 3rd party imaging software to get it up to the printing standard of 300DPI or better! If I could give “negative 50 stars” I would ask why couldn’t give “negative 1000”!

I just buy the 6.8 0n app store and updated to the new vesrion 7 and i dont see any of the templates preloaded and on the new app they whant me to pay more for using the teplates i dont get it!!!!! im lost here!!! i want my money back
