NOT A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

I bought this app thinking that if it didnt work for me that I could ge my money back. WRONG! I had tried this app out and found it wan not going to work for what I needed it for. I contacted Marc Sylvester at Laughingbird Software to ask for my money back:

I reponded. He didnt. I am a small business that counts every penny. Why advertise that there is a guarantee if there is not?? Shameful.
